Amy returned to Honey Barrett in 2023 as Systems Coordinator. Her role is to help centralise and develop systems across the business and to monitor certain procedures, such as anti-money laundering compliance. She was previously part of the Bexhill admin team for 8 years before spending a couple of years doing ecology and commercial landscaping work. She is delighted to be working back at Honey Barrett utilising her experience and expanding her wealth of previous knowledge.

Personal

Amy loves to cook and spends most of her spare time trying out new recipes and creating feasts for friends and family. She also enjoys reading, crocheting, walking and working on her allotment with her partner. Amy has a degree in Environmental Science with the Open University and is also a mental health first aider.
