Following the recent advice issued by the Government and to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees and clients, all of our team will be working from home from Tuesday, 24 March, until Government guidelines are changed.
This means that our offices will effectively be shut to the public from Tuesday 24 March.
While the Government permits us to, we will have one admin member on hand in each office for the rare occasions where you are unable to send information to us electronically and need to drop records into our office although this will need to be pre-arranged on each occasion. It will no longer be possible for you to drop into the office unannounced and our doors will remain locked for the time being.
As far as possible during this time our staff will continue to be available on normal email addresses. We are working hard to put in place phone systems to divert calls in due course, which will enable you to call us as before.
Please be assured that our team are here to support and advise you.
Please do bear with us as we migrate to a new way of homeworking and we hope you understand that there might be times when we unable to respond as quickly as normal.
